Our standard return policy applies to online purchases from Indian Creek Dismantlers.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges. The return window is 30 days. This policy covers new and slightly used products.

How to return your part

• Google will-call orders: Bring your return back to our shop at 575 SE Ashley Place, Grants Pass, OR 97526.
• eBay and Car-Part orders: Returns can be shipped back by UPS. Contact us for return instructions before shipping your part.

Repair, replacement or refund

If a part is defective or we made a mistake with your order, Indian Creek Dismantlers reserves the right to repair the part, replace it, or refund the part purchase price. We pay return freight in these cases.

Ordered the wrong part or changed your mind?

We understand that mistakes happen, and we accept returns. You pay the return freight, and original freight charges are not refundable. Credit is for the part purchase price, provided the part is returned in like kind and quality (LKQ) condition.

Labor costs

We do not pay or reimburse labor costs.

Fees and refunds

No restocking fee. Allow up to 7 days for refund processing after we receive your return.
